Love the classics (aka the original 3 Star Wars films) and Audrey Hepburn flicks. Add to that Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind, the Lord of the Rings series,about every other one of the Star Trek movies (Wrath of Khan rocks!) Tombstone, Persuasion, Ladder 49 (gotta have balance!), The Green Mile, Contact, Logan's Run, Wall-E, Blade Runner, Monty Python's Holy Grail, The Seven Samurai and Kagemusha, Rob Roy, Anne of Green Gables, District 9... and Avatar has oficially been added to my top 10 list. Oh, there are plenty more...

Anything and everything Anne Mcafferey. I also enjoy Guy Gavriel Kay, Nancy Springer, H. Beam Piper, Ray Bradbury, Weiss & Hickman (The Deathgate Cycle anyway) and am starting to appreciate Tanya Huff. Outside the Sci-fi fantasy realm? I love Jane Austen, LM Montgomery and Garrison Keillor, and am rapidly becoming a fan of Christopher Moore.
