About Me: I always hated these "Tell me about yourself" things. A good rule of thumb, is if you want to know more about me, just ask.

*** Anything in italics pertains to my character at Knight Realms, Rayven Nightwing***

I am a simple man from a simple town, that has grown to learn how important family is. My father was a cheiftain of the Asguard, or whats left of them, and recently I have inherited that mantle after his passing. My wife Pracika and I have moved to Travanace and have made the lands of Pendarvin our new home after learning of the destruction of our tribe to the north.
Likes: Well, obviously I love LARPing
Dislikes: I cant STAND Glommites and Malycites, and any dark clergy. It is because of them that I nearly lost my wife, and I've lost my home. If you belong to the Order of Sorrow, be warned, you will meet your end fast. Undead are abominations that deserve the end of my blade.
Virtues: I am a Cleric of Gaia, the Goddess of Life. All life is held dear to me, even those that are "evil". Everyone has a chance for redemption, but those willing to be turned into slaves of the dark gods lost their chance when they turned their back on my family. My family is the most important thing to me, and I will protect them with my life.

    Fall, 1208

Finally after my wifes return some months ago, we have finally started to get close to each other again.  However, a Vampire Lord named Pesmerga has come to town and changed all of that.

My wife was a ranger, a warrior for Mother Earth.  However, I have been forced to do things that I wish I could never have done, and am a shell of my former self.  We went to fight Pesmerga and his Master Francisco Alok.  The town lost many warriors that night, including Sir Keillor Tuvsin Darkheart, Seamus DelDragon, and Brother Kwildar.  I also was one of the ones lost.   When Pesmerga destroyed Alok and took his power, the town made a hasty retreat.  Kwildar and I were caught behind the enemy lines and were forced into fighting Thomas Ahlman.  We were close to defeating him, but lost our lives in the process.  Yet, nobody cared.  Nobody in the town came back for us.  I wanted to leave, but my wife talked me into staying.  Little did I know that the reason she stayed was to become a witch hunter.  She has been training for months now under Seamus, Lethias, and Keillor to become more skilled at hunting vampires.  I just hope it isnt to go after Pesmerga...

    IG Post - Winter 1207

    Winter, 1207

Over the last few years, I have been through a lot.  I came to Travance about 3 years ago, mainly because I didn't have much of a home left in Asguard.  My father was a High Cheiftain, but of what?  Our tribe consisted of about 30 people despite the struggles we've had to deal with over the last two decades with the Venier and the hardships of settling into a new home.

I left what remained of my villiage for a better life for myself and my wife.  I travelled to Travance to get the groundwork for a new home set so that I could bring my family there.  One moon, I unknowingly contracted Lerpercy, and travelled back to my home in Asguard, infecting everyone, including my wife.  My entire villiage was wiped out and I was at fault.  I felt so guilty I went into a violent spiral and was no longer who I set out to Travance to be.  I was angry, and violent, and passed judgement on beings that did not deserve the treatment I gave them.  When I learned that my wife was still alive a year later, I was a changed man.  I regret to this day not looking harder for her, and just assuming that she was amongst the decaying corpses I found upon my return.  I still wish she could forgive me for that....
